I have a 1989 sea doo bombardier that the engine compartment got submerged in water 3 days ago, after a heavy rain storm. I got it out of the water and pulled the plug to let the water drain out. I checked the battery it's sitting at 14.5 volts. But it will not crank over. Any help would be great. Thanks

Take out the spark plugs and see if it turns over by hand. Usually, water gets into the motor and it seizes. Battery shouldn't be above 13 volts. You need to get all water out and oil the crank/cylinders.
