Hi fokes I am new to this fourm and I am looking for some help. I need to winterize my 2007 GTI Seadoo, the engine is a 4 stroke and that's all set. I am conserned about the what I need to put antifreese into. I Know about the battrie and all the stuff but could I get some help and maybe a web address to go to and get a pdf if Possible Thanks for the help Friends of the water.

hi I have a 2008 gti155se seadoo do i need to put anti freeze in motor i fogged and put in stab, thanks

ya it should have antifreeze into it already but just check the reseivor to see how fulll it is and if it need and fluid just add antifreeze just like a car its a closed system

In regards to the Sea Doo, you should change the spark plugs, top off the anti-freeze, change the oil and filter if it wasn't done at storage. Also you should have stored it full so no condensation forms. Make sure you have a charged battery. Not to sure about the Yamie, hope this helps.

Trying to help a friend with his 08 GTI 155SE. Manual says to put antifreeze in manifold for outdoor winterization. Manual shows more for the 215 and 255 with the intorcooler. All it shows is the port to do it but says location varies. So I called the dealer which is 5 hours away. They said you had to do it but won't tell me how. Guess they told someone last year and they did it wrong and now there sueing because it froze and cracked. Any help would be great. Thanks

Hey not sure if you still need any help winterizing your ski. But yes you do need to pickle the water intake system with antifreeze. If not you could crack the exhaust, and on supercharged ones the intercooler could freeze and crack in outdoor storage below freezing. After you add fuel stabilizer and fill the tank to prevent condensation, run it on the hose and fog it, then kill it. Next disconnect the water intake line from the rear of the ski. On mine I take off the outlet side of the sea strainer so now then I can insert a funnel. While holding up the funnel and hose pour antifreeze mix 50/50 into the exhaust system until it runs out of the pump nozzle. Bam your done. This also will get into the intercooler on supercarged models. Spray the externals with an anticorrsion spray, remove the battery for charging and cover it up. Then put the $125.00 the dealers charge in your pocket

I usually use fogging oil in cylinders through the spark plug holes and spray fogging oil in the intake for 30 seconds while running. It will smoke and run a little ruff. When you start it up for the first time after fogging the cylinders it will smoke a little and then run great. The oil keeps the inside of the motor from corroding whil being stored.
