Well I purchased a 89 Bombardier earlier this month, and it won't start. The guy i got it from said that it died in the water on him. And he thinks that some water might have got in the engine. So I pulled the spark plugs out and got the water out of the cylinders manually turning the motor. Any other ideads why it wont start. The starter isnt engaging either to even try and turn the motor over.

Any and ALL help would be great. Thanks in advance for the help.
