Default help plz. 1997 seadoo gsx

when i try to start my gsx it just makes a click sound. its the 110 hp 780 engine. i put a charge to my battery all night and same thing then i hooked up jumper cables to a fully charged car batter and still the same thing. i realize now im not suppose to hook up a car battery but already did. the clicking noise is cominng from the electrical box where the spark plug and starter cables go into. i forget what that box is called but everything in it looks new. i checked the fuse in it and its good so do you think its still battery issues, celanoid or starter? thanks for any input

try a new battery

those little PWC batteries only last 1 season or so, had the same thing with mine last year, the battery would just not hold a charge no matter how long i left it on the charger

try a new battery is my suggestion

It is your starter solenoid. It is inside the electrical box. It will cost you about $20. Dan
