Default why did i blow out lower cylinder gasket 787 rfi

dont know if i winterized it right but a piece of lower jug gasket got pushed out and it was leaking water up top of the rotery valve. i figure it froze a little. so had engine removed and had all new gaskets replaced. rode it 1 time and the same gasket on the other jug (the front one this time) blowout the whole side this time it is exhaust not water. so now it leaves an oily residue and i can feel it puffing out air. i really dont want to pull he engine again any suggestions
