Default 96 seadoo xp fouling plugs??

I have a 96 seadoo xp and just went through both carbs all the way. top to bottom cleaned and shined. i also went and replaced all fuel lines with new... now the ski wont start. i pull the plugs and check. they are fouled of course. heres my real question....with the plugs out i spin the engine over and excessive amounts of gas and oil blow out. why is this happening? it never did this before. why is there fuel coming out the cylinder heads???? any help on this would be sweet!

Have you reset your high/low speed mixture screws back to factory settings?
