Question 1993 seadoo sp only running on 1 cylinder

i bought a 93 sp with a 587 motor it has 140 compression in both cylinders (is that good?)...both cylinders have spark and both pluggs are good, but its not running at all on the rear cylinder, and it idles on the 1 cylinder (front) and, they are both getting fuel, so why doesnt it run on both cylinders

How do you know the plugs are good? Are they new? If not i would start there. Just because you can see spark doesnt mean they are good.

Default 93 sp

the front cylinder will run on either plug so it would seem that they are good, if you try and start it (after idling) without the pluggs you can see a smoke coming from the cylinders and like i said i just tested for the 140comp.. i am using premixxed fresh fuel, but the rear cylinder seems dead.
