my daughter has a 95 gts- two weeks ago it died in the water, she did not realize it was out of gas and killed the battery trying to restart it- i have charged the battery and filled the tank. when i hit the start button now it will only click and give me a loud buzzing sound-this will continue until i pull the key-if i try to hit the start button without the key i get no click but i do get the lod buzz-i have to put on the kill key and remove it to get the buzzing stopped. i am new and am lost- please help

Pull the spark plugs and make sure the cylinders are clear and not filled with water, after you pull the plugs remove the pto cover and you should be able to rotate the pto. If you can then you have a starter or solenoid bad. If not you have a locked up crank or the starter may be stuck.
