I recently purchased a 96 GTS 3 Seater and I am afraid that I do not know much about skis at all. Learning as I go I am hoping i can get some help on here. Took the ski out for the first time and after about 15 min the bilge filled up completely with water. I have inspected the unit front to back and cannot figure out why this has happened or how I go about trying to fix it. Anyone that can give me some diagnostic help, that would wonderful. Or, is it normal to take on a bit of water while riding, I am reading about bilge pumps but the info that i am finding is not very useful at all. Thanks to anyone who can help me out.

did you put the hull bungs in?
easy mistake to make but would certainly cause lots of water intake.
