Default GTS 130 for safety patrols vs a boat

I am doing research on using a GTS 130 on lakes for safty patrol vs boats. The GTS 130 due to its breaking system, limited dock space needed, costs to operate, and ability to quickly respond to emergency situations would be more advantagious than using a small boat.

Please lend me your expertise in this area. I feel this could save $$ and possibly lives.

Thanks,

I have a 2011 GTS 130 and love it. That being said, it does not have brakes. You need to get a GTI 130 to get brakes.
