How do you replace steering cable?
Hi everyone!
I just purchased 2 95 Sea Doo GS's. On our maiden voyage, my son sucked in some rope. We got it out but now discovered we had no steering. Upon inspection, we noticed the steering cable was broken. My bf tried to see how hard it would be to remove but we couldn't figure it out.
How hard is it to replace the cable? Can I find a used cable (on ebay)? or should I purchase this item new?
I'm a single mom so if this is somewhat easy to do, I'd like to have a friend do it for me, rather than the marina who will charge $$$
Please help!
