Default 04 XPI wont stay running

Over the weekend the ski ran out of gas at idle approaching the trailer. Just my luck. I took it up to the gas station and re filled and back down to the water. Upon getting to the lake the ski would not stay running. The ski will start up run & rev fine but after about 40 seconds it sputters out and dies. Then wont restart and run good for about 5 minutes. I have since cleaned the rave valves, changed fuel filter/plugs and checked fuses. Is it possible that i have air in the fuel line somewhere? Is there a way in which i can bleed it out? I didnt see anything that popped out on the fuel rail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the weather is too nice out to be stuck without my ski.

Here is a link to the video showing what im trying to explain.

Fuel pressure regulator is no longer doing its job, will need replaced. Should have ski back by the middle of next week.
