I just joined the forum and are hoping someone can help me with my problem.

I have a 1998 GTX Limited. It has been stored all winter and I tried to start it for the first time however when I connect the DESS, there are no beeps at all. This problem has never occurred before.

I am 99% sure my battery is good because it's fairly new, was stored indoors on the trickle charger all winter and the charger says that it's charged. I think it's unlikely to be the battery because even when I had bad batteries in the past, it would still beep when connecting the DESS.

I've tried replacing fuses even though they looked fine.

I've tried cleaning the battery terminals.

I've tried cleaning the post where you connect the DESS with soap and water.

I've tried two different DESS's.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it.

On another similar post, it mentions cleaning the ground connection in the electrical box near the battery. I will try this ASAP. Does anyone know which connection this is? Is it the one with multiple wires connecting to it?
