Default 1988 Sea-doo no spark

Hi all, i have a original 1988 Sea-Doo with no spark, anyone have any ideas what might be cause it? My dad bought this for a project last year and its been sitting in the yard untouched until last week so i have no idea how long its been since it has ran.
Thanks in advance

I'm assuming you have power and it turns over and all. Have you tested the plug wires, coil, CDI, Wiring. Those old seadoo didn't have a mpem like the newer models all the electrical that has to do with firing is in a box mounted on top of the battery in front of the motor and gets its power from the stator in the housing on the front of the motor and from the battery. I have about 10 or so of those old style electrical boxes and stators if you figure out what you need and can't find it elsewhere.
