You may have hydrolocked it.
When my ski did that I had sucked water in the cylinders through the exhaust because I was an idiot and forgot to turn it on its left side after tipping it. Take your plugs out, turn over the machine with a dry rag on top with the fuel selector turned off, turn it over intermittently to blow out all of the gunk, put a touch of seafoam in each cylinder, let it sit for about half an hour, tip it over on left side for a couple minutes, hope to hell it starts. If this doesnt help then you you may have issues with your crank.
