Last fall I swapped out a 717 motor from SBT - also did oil block offs and mix gas 40:1. Other motor went the next time out. I believe both were from lack of oil prior to block off.
Put the second motor in a month ago.
They both idle good
One motor runs to about 5 grand and won't rev any higher. Should be 6600 - 6800. Doesn't bog out just won't run WOT.
The other motor starts to bog out between 3 and 4 grand and will stall if I stay in it.
New plugs put in.
The fuel lines going from tank to carbs were cleared out, fuel filters were cleaned, and the carbs were cleaned (not rebuilt) Didn't get too much better.

Any advice or thoughts?
