I need a new sort block for my 97 XP. Anyone know a good place where I can purchase one in Canada or the US? Not looking for a rebuild or anything.

I found one place which is selling them for $945 – $1,200 depending on what additional items I need but figured I’d ask the forum and see if anyone can recommend somebody.

Hey man, I live in the FL keys, (with a P.O.S. 96 SPX I just bought that only runs on quicksilver starter fluid, then dies) and I got in touch with a company in St. Pete, FL, and I'm new to the whole PWC thing, and supposedly, they're like world reknowned...Its called SBT (Short Block Technologies) don't have the number off hand, you can google it, but the staff there is super friendly, will literally stay on the phone with you for an hour to explain ANYTHING to you..the guy's name is Dave....I know they offer a "cylinder core exchange" program, where they'll give you a WARANTEED engine, with some of the fixin's, etc.., for like $700 or $750, but you hafta send back your old one afterwards...
