Would there be anything else that may need to be replaced or looked at? Would it be easier taking them to a dealer? I would like to do some of the stuff myself to save some cash, I assume there are shop manuals I could get. Thank you in advance and sorry about all the questions.

Hey, what is the price of the deal? Seadoo RXP's are excellent muscle skis. Yes you should rebuild the superchargers every 100 hours for optimum performance. The skis of those years have ceramic thrust washers in the supercharger. They definitely need replaced with steel washers. You can send in your superchargers to GREEN HULK/ PWC PERFORMANCE. They will charge you around $450.00 each. But I would take them on a sea trial before purchasing to make sure they run right and no problems with wear rings, or leaks.
Seadoo four strokes are some of the best skis on the planet. I have 100 hours on my 2006 RXT which is modified to approx 300 hp with zero engine problems.
