Default oil injection block off

ive been reading mixed things about this but wasnt sure if it was a good idea or not to block off the oil injection pump and run pre-mix instead of having the oil injection system thats in there run it(i mainly dont trust it since one of the brackets holding it on looks like its a bunch of black silicone used to hold the cable in place...

i looked in the manual for the ratio and it says its a variable rate injection so i couldnt find the ratio. some places say 40:1

i just would prefer the simplicity of being able to run pre-mix rather than having to rely on another variable of some sort

oh the ski is a 94 spx with a 657 in it.

If you do block off the oil injection, you must leave the reservoir in place with mineral oil in it along with the larger lines because it provides a oil bath for the rotary valve. you would have to use a tcw3 oil to premix because the mineral oil reccomended for your ski is not designed for mixing in the fuel.
