Default head pipe and hydrolock?

98 gsx limited - I replaced head pipe due to broken ear put in new bolts gaskets sealing ring rubber bushings everything back in for test. took out for 10 min it ran great then bilge kicked in and water went back to dock and every bolt on head pipe and bushings came lose and two even came out completely I used loctite and the bolts had the yellow tread locker from factory what in the world would cause this...
Now 2nd problem went home tighen up everything more loctite on everything go to start up does not seamed like low battery took plugs out and cranked and lots of gas coming and coming put plugs back in and it would crank over but not start.
Where am I sunk any help would be great.... Thanks Bob

Seems like 2 separate problems. Lock tight is worthless unless all the threads are clean. Be sure to chase the threads with a tap and spray with carb cleaner to get all the junk out of the threads. Clean bolt threads with tap or wire brush. Shake up lock tight container to mix well. Applied and torque to specs. Wait over night to be sure LT set.

The other issue sounds like too much fuel. Close the fuel cock off, take spark plugs out, ground plug wires and give a spin or too to remove excess fuel from cylinders. Clean and dry spark plugs. Reinstall spark plugs. Leave fuel off. Spin it over and see it'll pop. Then turn fuel cock to on position.

Also you can remove the vent line off the carb and blow threw it to be sure the vent line is not block.

That's a start. Could be other things like carb needle/seat or low pop off pressure in carbs.

Thanks thats a start. The bolts that I used where brand new with the gasket kit it had the yellow stuff on it and I did chase out the threads. maybe that yellow factory stuff was not enough.
On the Gas will try that, looking some more I see that the air intake was blown off from the top holder, Do you think that the gas problem had a small explosion and caused the head pipe to come lose?

if you have too much vibration you will never keep those bolts in. ckeck for damaged impeller, bent drive shaft, mis-aligned motor, worn out motor mounts, or engine problems,.
