straight pipe?
93 tigershark 640cc, can i replace the 10lb waterbox with a straight pipe. Can it be made of rubber hose, and are there any other changes ill need to make?

Technically you can but not a good idea. The waterbox holds water to cool the exhaust and so it won't go back into your motor.
