Default Sunken Tiger Sharks

I just became the proud owner of a 1996 and 1995 Tiger Shark Monte Carlo PWCs. The guys son forgot to put the plugs in and both of them have been on the bottom of the lake. (Fresh Water). I don't know what size they are and how to get them running. The front stator, I think thats what its called, has been taken off both units and are rusty. Both motors turn over by hand. What needs to be done, where do I start? Am I better off parting them out?

Thanks, thats what I was thinking. How do I determine the CC size so I can part them out?
