I have been using a Polris service manual to work on my 1100 Tigershark and it has been helpful. The Polaris Ficht section says you should have 20-30 P.S.I. I found the service manual on this site and downloaded it. The file is a rather large PDF so it takes a while. The Ficht info you will need starts at about page 230. If you want to sell your shark or any parts please contact me.

Default Tigershark fuel presure

I checked the fuel presure on my Tigershark today and it went to 23 psi. As I said in previous post 20 to 30 psi should be good.

I was able to find a way to get the error codes from the emm (ecu) without a laptop. Get a 5amp auto fuse (flat style). Attach a spade connector on each of the fuse terminals. Place a paper clip in the other end of the spade connector and crimp it. Cut the paper clip so about one inch of it sticks out. Use the rest of the paper clip to do the other spade connector. This is your jumper wire. Disconnect the eight pin connector from the emm. This will be the lower connector on the back end of the emm. Use the jumper to jump from the white/red terminal to the white terminal on the wire harness side (8 pin conn). Using the lanyard wrist strap, or some other method, hold the throtle wide open. Put the lanyard into the tether switch. Press and hold the bilge pump switch on handle bar. The check engine lite will start to send the error codes. If the bilge pump button is released the emm should quit sending codes. The codes are two digit codes so you will have to figure out what the light is telling you. If you can get the codes I can tell you what they mean.
