new to this pwc stuff. so heres the deal. im looking - at a 98 tigershark- i guess it is a 900cc. 3 seater. the guy says its in great shape, needs nothing.

is there anything- other than the obvious (general condition, oil leaks, ease of starting) that i should look at when i see this. It seems to be a short money machine (1200 bucks), the guy says he paid 2500 back in the spring, but is moving to a condo and has no storage and needs it gone!!!

sooo.......yes, or no!!! any imput is appreciated.

JUST-IN-TIME

do a compression test
that will tell u a lot
and when u do the test look at the plugs

check the impeller and wear ring
remember ts stopped production in 1999

the machine is located in derry nh, i am in Georgetown Ma-
i just found that they are no longer in production as well while trying to get the nada bk value for the machine (which by the way says it around 2200)
