franzjd Junior Member Join Date: Jun 2009 Posts: 1	overheated this past weekend my sister 97 monte carlo 640 overheated got it cooled down got water pumping again now it idles fine but motor temp lite is on and it just chugs when you try to give it gas any ideas.
