I just bought a 1100 TSLI It only will start whith a jumper box.... comp is 120 120 and 100 would that cause it not to start?

you problem is probably not comprecion is you starting system check you starter they like to wear out the coils inside starter check you battery voltage before starting and wean you atempt to start the engine if you batt voltage is 7.60 you battery is bad also check battery positive from the battery to the elecrycal box and from the selenoid to the starter and also check all your grounds

if your battery has proper voltage it may be the cables from battery to starter.
