Default 98 ts1000r

anybody know what causes a 98 ts1000r #3 cylinder to get waterlogged in water. what is doing is when it is cranked up in water the number 3 cylinder fills up with water. it does fine on the trailer but in water it goes haywire.

Check your Exhaust Flap on the Outside bottom right and your cooling intake line
