first off, i am a newby here. am currently working on a 1995 tigershark montego 640 for a friend. has not been in water for 7 yrs, but has been started since then. problem is it has good crisp spark both plugs, plenty of compression, but wont start or even hit even by squirting gas directly to carb. carb is dry on inside, so i know it is not getting fuel, but it wont even fire going directly to carb. i assume carb is problem, but shouldnt it fire with gas directly to carb? also owner replaced all fuel lines from tank and think maybe some of them was put to wrong place. anyone have a diagram of what line goes where?

The flywheel key is sheered and that's causing the timing to be off , Or the reeds could be broken or bent and that will mess up the fuel timing.
