Default help, bad cylinder on 95 daytona 640

bought this thing not running, cleaned carbs drained water out of gas tank and thoroughly dried, changed fuel filter, dumped gas in carbs and ran great, put fresh gas in tank and ran great, for a few days, eventually seemed to start bogging, pulled fuel tank due to suspected leak, found no leak, but had water in the gas and fuel in hull, put back together and ran for 5min, then bogged down and would never run right again, i rechecked compression which had been 145/150 and now it was 30/150, what could have caused this? there seems to b alot of moisture in cylinders, and more fuel in bilge! any ideas, trying to figure out if i should part it out or fix! thanks

check your crank seals. I bet you are blowing out of one of them. Same thing happened to me. If one of them is bad it will cause you to run lean

I thought of the same thing, but periodic checks on the plugs, when it was running, they looked perfect if not on the rich side!
