Default Tigershark 770 oil for flywheel and bendix? Help.

I have a 97 TS monte carlo. Took it apart and found about a quart of oil in the flywheel area. Should there be oil in there? If not what oils the bendix that has no sealed bearing and what is that little plastic tube thing under the starter? It looks like one of those things for refilling your ink cartridge.

If you are referring to the accordion-looking plastic piece, that is the magneto case bladder. You should not have any oil in the crankcase except for some residual oil from running, not sure about the flywheel area though.

Okay got it back together and running.
What I found is that someone put oil in it thinking that the peep hole for the timing mark was a dip stick like a four stroke.

The bedix is only engaged for a short time when starting the engine and does not need much lube.

My bedix was stuck engaged and I took it apart and did something that maybe should not be done to fix it. Anyone ever rebuild a bendix? Is there something that brings the little clutch weights back in after it starts?

Still not sure about the bladder.
Maybe because that front cover is sealed the air needs somewhere to go when it heats up.
