Default Type of oil for 1999 Tigershark 770?
Hi all, I bought a 1999 Tigershark 770 in the Spring. It's been running great but it needs oil now. I don't have the manual but the Ski says to use Tigershark Injection Oil 50:1, but of course I can't get that. Does anyone know what I should use in its place? I'm not sure if I should use API-TC or TWC-3? Synthetic or not? Also, because I don't know what's already in it, should I try to have it drained of oil first?

I'm just beginning to learn about engines, so I apologize if this seems to be a silly question.

i use TWC-3 Synthetic from walmart never had a problem and i use 50:1 but if in case i cant get TWC-3 Synthetic i just use walmarts 2 stroke oil but i mix it to 40:1

You can still get arctic cat 50:1 injection oil from Country Cat online or other related sites too, either quart or gallon.
