Default JS440 only firing in one cylinder. Help please?!?!?

Im new to the forum and kind of new to Jet ski's. I have a 92 JS440 and it turns over find. I cleaned and rebuilt the carb, but it is only firing in one cylinder. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it??
