hi i have a 1987 js440 that needs work.

1. one spark plug is light tan ( which i think means its running lean)

2. it will run but bogs at high rpms ( my dad couldn't even get fast enough to stand)

3. it needs tunned badly how do i tune it and how many turns per screw to tune it?

4. i won't to paint it what should i use?

5. i have a 88 550 electric box in it and mine is a 87 440 i do not have the solenoid what does it do and do i need it in it?

6. how do i know if the impeller is good?

7. why else would it not get speed?
