Default Motor Mounts

I'm sure this is a simple question, but I'm not too familiar with the motor mounts on a 85 JS 550. A shop took the engine apart, and I decided to put it back together myself. I noticed that the mounts are still bolted to the motor plate. The plate has the threaded bungs still bolted to it, and the mounts bolted to the engine are the rubber part. It seems like that metal bung part is supposed to be fixed to the rubber, but it looks like they pulled out? The shop gave me the estimate to put everything back together and there weren't motor mounts in the estimate. I'm not sure how they were going to put it back together with those mounts broken. Unless I'm completely wrong, and there's nothing wrong here? Any input?

my 89 had the same thing. The rubber has separated from the round piece of metal. You can not reconnect these. Get some used ones on ebay.
They go for about 45-60 buxs used for a set. This is a lot cheaper than the new ones for $45 a mount. ($45x4=$180).
