Default Wiring / Other Questions

1st off it may be helpful to figure out what year my Kawasaki Jetski is. It's a Red, White & Blue 300 Serial # KAW 45678A686

Are there any online wiring diagrams available? It can't be too tough there's only about 10 wires. It's turning over, has compression but no spark.

How do you drain the oil out of the motor? How much of what kind should I put back? Actually I'm a bit surprised to see oil in a two stroke that, as far as I know, doesn't have a transmission.

Thanks in advance.

Seemed strange to me to have a dipstick on a two-stroke motor. I have meters just no diagram.

Default Pics of dipstick / timing plug?

See attached pics. I know it shouldn't be but it sures appears to be a dipstick with oil level in the lower end. It doesn't look like a timing plug hole to me. It appears to me the timing would come from the front side of the motor. I'm also assuming this has a electronic ignition not points being it's a 86 model. Is that a correct assumption?

Yes only one plug. The 2nd is a known good plug I was using to test for spark.
