Default Yamaha JS550 or Yamaha super jet

I have been looking at getting a stand up jet ski. I have two of the sit down and I see what you can do on the stand ups and it looks like alot of fun. I was looking at a 1991 Kawasaki 550, the guy saleing it is a friend of mine and let me take it out and try it. It is really worked over and runs really strong but I am about 255lb and found that I had a hard time with how narrow it was were my knees go and when it stood up found it narrow as well. It was also jumpy in the water and found I have a hard time getting any speed.

After the ride I decided maybe they were not for me.

He then said I my look into the Yamaha superjet. He said it is easier for a beginner and wider.

I have found a 1991 superjet for $750

My questions are is the yamaha easier to start on?

Is this a good deal?

Will it jump on me as well?

Will it handle me weight or do I just need to drop some weight to ride a stand up?
