Looking to buy 2001 & 2007 FX Cruisers both motors rebuilt under 100 hours is there anything I need to know about these?? 100 hours seems aweful early for a rebuild. I dont mind wrenching but I have enough other projects to keep me busy. Any and all input is greatly appreciated.

There is no 2001 FX Cruiser. 2002 was the first year for them. You are right 100 hours is extremely low hours for a rebuild on the FX model. They should go for 1000+ hours easy. Only way they could need a rebuild is if the prior owner did something stupid. I'd beware, there are probably other problems. Double check the model. 100 hour rebuild is more common for a 2 stroke engine, not a 4 stroke.
