Default Old gas vs. carb cleaning

I took out my RA1100 waveraider for the first time in 3 months and noticed it would stall out when i pulled the throttle unless I pulled the choke half out. Would 3 month old gas cause this or is it more likely a clogged carb nozzle? I just rebuilt the carbs and I wanted to know if the gas could be the cause before I go back into the carbs again to re-clean. Thanks in advance.

Could be both, but I'd try new gas with some carb cleaner in the tank as a first step (Seafoam works well).
