Hi .. .the dash computer does not have anything to do with you misfire..
In this case you need to have a good idea about the overall situation of the engine..
you need a compression test, clean up the carbs.... check/change the spark plugs... then you try again and see what happens... there are a lot of variables that can do that in those cases of parked away jet skis for a long time....First step compression test, second clean the carbs and test/change the spark plugs... then if problem still the same, think about spark coil....
The shake probably is very bad bearing/ turbine blade bent / turbine drive shaft bent...
there are a lot to check.. there is no " one answer" for those kind of skis..

this is the spacer... you use it underneath the engine mount to align perfectly the coupler with the driveshaft.

ahhaha... dont worry... first you could try releasing all for screws form the mount... and slide de engine forward to loose the connection with the drive shaft.... then you could spin the drive shaft using a drill attached to a round rubber piece and touching on the drive shaft... and you will see if will shake.. if it shakes you can now see where is shaking... your drive shaft can be bent.... the turbine itself me be broke and unbalanced....... investigate and you will find.... you need not only grease the bearing.. if the bearing is cousin , its completely bad and need to change... its cheap... and need to change the seals too..
