ok i have an 2000 xl 800 that im going to change too per-mix and i found that i need to go 32:1 for my pv mottor but i saw on that same thread that you permix 32:1 after break in is the break in for new motors

32:1 is correct for PV motors. I've never heard of anyone removing the oil injector from a new motor and going premix right from the start, but I guess it is possible. Anyhow the ratio would still be 32:1.
