hi all i am new here my 94 waverunner 3 has a big puddle of this milk shake type of stuff in the bottom of the hull what could this be? the spark plugs have alot of oil on them too. please help!

If it were a land engine I would say blown head gasket. Oil + Water are mixing together which is why your spark plugs are soaked.

yea its seems to be splattered too all over too. its all under the engine too.
