Winterization / Winter Storage Checklist

Hello, I’m new to this forum… as I’ll likely post a question or two for help, I’d like to start by offering a Winterization / Winter Storage Checklist & Maintenance Record (attached), put together by referencing the owner’s manual and culling various posts in this and other online forums.
NOTE: I originally created the checklist as a professional-looking pdf document, assuming it would be OK to upload a pdf. If I had bothered to check the allowed files types before trying to upload I would've figured something else out. In the meantime, the checklist is attached as two jpegs. The resolution is bad which I apologize for. I'll have to see if there's another way to make a pdf available to this community - any suggestions would be welcome.
The attachment is a combined checklist and maintenance record form. Next to each step, there’s a space for you to record materials used, observations, etc. Some may find this handy to keep a history of winterizing actions in your files.
I don’t have much winterizing experience so I know there’s always room for improvement. I would love any criticism or feedback to make the product better for this community to use!
Also, the checklist has a blank space next to most steps, for you to write-in/reference the applicable page numbers from your specific owner’s manual. I have a 2011 VX Cruiser, so for those of you referencing the 2011 VX series Owner’s/Operator’s Manual, the page numbers are listed below for your convenience.
