Default yamaha 1988 wr500 jet pump removal

hello i have a 1988 wareunner wr500g im trying to remove the jet pump all the bolts are removed intake grates off but will not release from coupler is there a set screw on this model and how to reach it cant see it any help on how to remove this will be helpful thanks

heat up the housing unit with a torch if you have it put a block of wood on the shaft and get a big hammer. hit the shaft and spray with lubricant. it is held on because of the oxidation between the aluminum parts. There is also an o-rg but it will come off. it took me a week of fooling with my 2001 XL 700 yahama to get the housing unit loose from the shaft housing unit. good luck welder
