Default fzs supercharger failure

Just want let everyone one know what a joke it is trying to get a yamaha repaired .my waverunner as been at dealer for over a month complete supercharger is avail but yamaha wants it rebuilt but parts are on backordered so was told everything as arrived except critical gasket now that is on backorder .i have extended warranty which is useless because machine as been in dealer yard all summer 5 star customer service equals the worst service you can get last yamaha product for me

Problem getting parts might have something to do with an earthquake and a rather large wave that knocked out much of their production facilities earlier this year. You just picked a bad time to break your toy.

Parts are avail in the states but yamaha canada customer service is blaming dealer for improper ordering procedure but they are not to concerned at this time

Sounds like you just need to talk to the right guy. I'd keep calling Yamaha directly and get as high up the chain of command as possible. There is always some dude that can push the right button.

Customer service attitude is whatever what do you want us to do every call gets directed to scott harrison who is the customer service maneger.IF i ask for vice president or president ect it always getys redirected to scott so any higher up never see how customers are being treated all surveys e-mails always go to scott and is team i would appreciate any ideas how to let others at yamaha know how customer service makes every complaint stop with them
