Just bought an 1998 XL760 with some problems. will not start without starting fulid. but after starting will run good untill 5000 rpm. Ck compression one is at 120 and other is at 115. rebuilt carbs and installed primer kit. Will start good and idles good but will not rev over 5000. It is like it is on a rev limiter. Thanks for any advice
