120 is a little low for compression on that ski, especially with just 15 hours (140-150 is more like what I would expect), but I still don't think that is your only problem (could be part of it though). Bogging on turns almost always indicates a fuel flow problem........causing the ski to lean out. On a ski that has been sitting that long, I'd look at any area where fuel gumming could slow things down. I know many of those skis had issues with blockage at the fuel bypass valves, etc. You basically have to take the entire fuel system apart, soak metal parts in carb cleaner, etc.. The other possible issue is that the pop off pressure is wrong on the carbs. On machines that have sat around, you may need to do a complete carb rebuild (not just cleaning) to replace springs, etc. that may not be "springing" correctly.
After you've done all that, if you still have a problem, you might try richening it up a bit, but I'd be sure the carbs are in perfect shape before I messed with the settings.
