Default Rebuilt engine/carbs - No acceleration

Just got my 02 1200gp back from the shop where they rebuilt the 3rd cylinder (which had failed), rebuilt the carbs and replaced the CC with a D plate.

Ski starts and runs great but there is very poor acceleration. Sounds like it is bogging. Very bad "hole shot", weak mid range acceleration. Can't tell about top speed because Lake Michigan is too rough today to go over 30

Considering that all of the above problems happened in my 3rd hour of running it (48 hours on the ski). I'm getting frustrated.

Any ideas. Obviously it will be going back to the shop that did the work.
