I have a 2010FZS. I sucked up a rock and it jammed in my impeller. Engine was still running but imp was locked. Shut it down and towed it back to shore removed the jet pump and removed the rock. The imp has acouple dings but nothing major and the shaft spins freely and does not appear to be bent. Reassembled and took out on the water. The motor is running normal but the sled is only moving about 40mph. What else could I have damaged? (No its not in L Mode)

It doesn't take too much damage to the impeller to cause you to loose power. Did you check the impeller to housing clearance? It should be less than .45 mm around all the blades. Bends and dents in the impeller will cause cavitation, and power loss. My guess is that you will need a new one, or find a good repair shop that can repair the original.
