hey hoff,
welcome to the forum. it is a little slow moving here sometimes, so you may get your answer just not right away.

the kawasaki 550 is a great starter ski, however very dated, and if your looking to get into freestyle/ freeriding your setting your self up for failure.
not that the 550 isnt a fun ski and a great way to break into the world of watercraft. its just the older model skis, can be hard to find parts for, and in need of a lot of maintenece, also problematic beacause of antiquated electrical systems, and drive lines.

if you going to get into freeriding or freestyle, be prepared to do some wrenching as well. all skis, especially when abused like that will break, its just a matter of time.

my suggestion would be to do a lot of research into each of the skis that you are looking at. find out as much about those models as possible, so you know going in what your in store for.

ive been into freeriding for many years. if you want some more info, please feel free to email me, at [email protected]
