water in oil - 2007 f-12 - exhaust manifold leak?

Out riding yesterday, I use the f-12 for fishing, never missed a beat, but the jet ski had a hard time starting about 1.5 hours into the ride. Finally started and I noticed it seemed to be missing slightly, figured it was bad gas, maybe a spark plug, made the 15 mile trip back to the ramp, ran pretty good for the most part. I bought the ski with 105 hours on it and its now at 158, I ride in the gulf in sw fl..... Salty!! I always flush after rides within the hour and the ski is in great condition.

So I Get home and replace the plugs. Plugs Looked ok but I had a new set from the original owner so easy enough i change them. Check the oil and it looks odd so ok change the oil. Thats when It was definitive that the oil didnt look right. So I sucked all the oil out and got over 5 quarts out maybe 5.5, red flag...and you can tell there was water in it or something odd. Googled it and found a number of pwc forum threads about the exhaust manifolds leaking so I am assuming this is my issue.

being a sucker for punishment Im heading out today to see how it goes and go from there.

I see that you can remove the manifold and pressure test it so depending on todays results I plan on doing that sooner than later.

Can you still buy manifolds? over 1000 bucks, ouch!
Are the new ones improved or will they rust out too?

Any other personal experiences from members or related info would be awesome, thanks in advance.

Took the ski out today and it ran great. Put at least 5 hours on it and the oil looked good. Now im wondering if i might have done something wrong when I was flushing it out. I am certain that when I do flush the engine is running before and after the water is on.
